During coaching sessions, workshops, and community interactions, confidential business information may be shared. All participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of information shared by other participants. The Bold Way will maintain the confidentiality of your business information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Florida.
