Fulfillment Policies for The Bold Way
Refund Policy:
We strive to ensure complete satisfaction for our clients. Refunds for coaching services, consulting, events, or other business services purchased through The Bold Way are handled as follows:

Shipping or Delivery Policy:
As our offerings primarily consist of coaching, consulting, events, and digital products, we do not typically require shipping. All digital content will be delivered via email or through a secure digital platform immediately after purchase or as scheduled. For events and services, details regarding access or location will be clearly communicated upon confirmation of your booking.
Return Policy:
Due to the nature of our services, including coaching, consulting, and digital products, returns are not applicable as there are no physical products involved.
Cancellation Policy:
Appointments & Sessions: Clients may cancel or reschedule coaching or consulting sessions with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur the full session fee.
Events:
Event bookings may be canceled up to 20 days prior to the event date for a full refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 20 days of the event, although registration may be transferred upon prior approval.
Subscriptions:
Ongoing monthly subscriptions or membership plans may be canceled at any time with written notice to support@theboldway.com. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access until that date.

- Coaching & Consulting: If you are dissatisfied after the first session, you may request a refund within 7 days following that session. Refund requests made after subsequent sessions or beyond the 7-day period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis but are generally non-refundable.
- Events: Tickets for events are refundable up to 20 days before the scheduled event date. After this period, refunds will not be issued but tickets may be transferable upon approval.
- Digital Products & Online Courses: Due to their digital nature, these items are non-refundable once purchased and delivered.
